Launched Africa’s first enterprise-grade payment infrastructure and merchant of record platform connecting global brands to African consumers (backed by QED and global payment operators). Led strategy, revenue, and fundraising. Built an enterprise sales engine from the ground up, structured and closed multi-million dollar strategic partnerships with global payment processors and merchants.

Led portfolio value creation for 40+ seed to Series A startups across fintech, health, ag-tech in 7 African markets. Coached founders on GTM and fundraising, unlocking >$40m in follow-on capital. Designed and ran Scale accelerator program; lifted portfolio visibility from <20% to >90%, built an expert advisor network, delivered quarterly performance packs to Board and LPs.

Elixirr IPO'd in 2020 after which I ran our end-to-end M&A funnel; sourced 150+ targets, advanced 50, led commercial DD to close a multi-million £ acquisition with realised synergies within nine months. As a consultant, I worked primarily with banks and insurers on digital operating models and new product creation. Select projects include co-creating a digital-product studio for a pan-African insurer, launching 6 MVPs in six months, and buiding a strategic partnership capability for tier-1 African bank (350 prospects, 10 pilots in 10 months). Originated £2m in new revenue for Elixirr through business development and cross-selling.
