What are the referral attribution rules?
First-to-refer wins
Credit goes to the first Scout who introduces the candidate. Timing is tracked from your submission.
Exclusive introductions only
The candidate must not have any prior contact with Extraordinary — no previous evaluations or engagements.
Rewards upon filing
The petition must be formally filed with USCIS before your reward becomes eligible. Approval is not required.
