Cost depends on what USCIS asked for, so we quote it once we have read the notice.

Government fees are set by USCIS and can change. If they change before you file, we'll tell you.

Where a row says it includes premium processing, that's USCIS's 15-day service. Without it, O-1 government fees are $830 for employers with 25 or fewer full-time employees, or $1,655 for 26 or more. On its own, premium processing costs $2,965.

If you're self-petitioning an EB-1, use the “25 or fewer” column whatever the size of the company you'll work for.

Know your number before you start.

Start with the evaluation, or ask us about your case and we’ll price it the same day.
