MCP connector

Your case, inside Claude and ChatGPT.Extraordinary’s MCP connector.

Connect Claude, ChatGPT or Claude Code to Extraordinary and ask where your case stands, what is due from you, which documents are on file and what your case team said last. It signs in as you and sees only what you can see in the portal.

Server URL

https://mcp.extraordinary.com/mcp

Who it is for.

The connector works with an existing case. What you can ask depends on who you are in the portal.

Applicants

Anyone with an Extraordinary case, signed in with the same Google account or email you use for the portal and the app. You see your own case and nothing else.

  • “Where does my case stand right now?”
  • “What do I still owe my case team?”
  • “Which documents are missing?”
  • “What was the last update?”
Companies

Teams at companies that work with Extraordinary, once we have switched on AI access for the company. You see your company’s cases, their stage and open to-dos, and can send a to-do back to us for review.

  • “Which of our cases are stalled?”
  • “What is due across our team this week?”
  • “How many cases are waiting on us?”

It can

  • Tell you the stage your case is in and what it means
  • List your open to-dos with their due dates
  • Say which documents are on file and which are still missing
  • Read back the latest notes from your case team
  • Report status across all of a company’s cases, for company users
  • Where your account allows it, send one of your to-dos to the team for review or attach a file you give it, after checking with you

It won’t

  • Draft petitions, support letters or forms
  • Give legal advice or predict the outcome of a case
  • See anyone else’s case, or anything you can’t see in the portal
  • Mark a to-do done, or change your case without confirming with you first
  • Keep your conversation. The chat stays with Claude or ChatGPT

You sign in through OAuth, so the assistant never sees your password and holds a short-lived token for your own account. Remove the connection at any time from your assistant’s settings; company users can also disconnect apps in the portal. Extraordinary logs which tools were called and when, never the contents of your conversation. More on the security page.

Support

Setup trouble, an answer that looks wrong, or a company that wants AI access switched on: write to [email protected]. Clients can also message their case team in the portal.

Frequently askedquestions

Yes. The server is at https://mcp.extraordinary.com/mcp and works with Claude on the web, desktop and mobile, ChatGPT on the web, Claude Code, and any other MCP client that supports OAuth sign-in. You sign in with the account you use for the Extraordinary portal.
